Delivery was a day later than originally planned, which threw off our schedule a little. The driver kept us posted though, and the excavator arrived in excellent condition. I'd still buy from them again

Wish they offered financing in-house. Had to get everything sorted through my credit union, which took a few extra days. Other than that, the purchase process was smooth and the loader has been great
